WhatYou’ll Do Leadership & Administration
- Oversee the daily operations of the school
- Ensure compliance with state licensing and Goddard brand standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that uphold our mission
- Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise faculty and staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Deliver our proprietary Wonder of Learning® program
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging, individualized lesson plans
- Ensure all children’s developmental needs are met
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress
- Represent the school in community outreach and engagement efforts
- Manage budgets, tuition, and financial reporting
- Oversee enrollment and resource allocation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment
- Conduct regular safety drills and uphold emergency procedures
- Maintain facility standards in line with licensing and brand guidelines
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (REQUIRED)
- At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role (Highly Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices and team leadership
- Excellent communication, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
- A genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education
- Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with families and create a positive school experience
- Strong sales and enrollment mindset with the ability to conduct tours, convert leads, and support school growth objectives
- Proven ability to build and lead a successful team
- Schedule:
9:00am - 6:00pm
