Job Description & How to Apply Below
What You'll Do:
We are looking for a Plumbing focused Engineer to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on impactful projects within the Healing, Learning, and/or Discovery markets. In this role, you will support engineering leadership while leading the planning, design, and documentation of plumbing systems across all phases of design and construction.
You will assist with client engagement by attending client, consultant, and design committee meetings, presenting design solutions, and coordinating closely with other disciplines and consultants. You'll be responsible for developing high-quality project documents, preparing working drawings, and recommending design improvements to enhance quality and performance.
This role may include managing small teams, mentoring and training other designers, and providing leadership through project work to support professional growth. You'll participate in project debriefs and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement and may own small projects in their entirety or significant portions of larger projects related to project delivery. Meeting deadlines, managing personal utilization, and supporting project budgets are key components of this role.
If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering thoughtful, well-coordinated building systems, we'd love to hear from you!
