America’s Auto Auction (AAA) is a full-service used-vehicle auction services provider that facilitates the wholesale remarketing of used vehicles for business-to-business customers, delivering a critical liquidity function to enable the used car sales ecosystem. Based in Carmel, IN, AAA facilitates the selling and buying of used vehicles at forty-one physical auction sites. The Company’s daily mission is simple: to provide high-quality service and operational execution for dealers and institutional customers.
This role performs work both indoors and outdoors and is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong customer service skills. The position supports daily auction operations by cataloging vehicles, assisting customers, coordinating sale-day drivers, and managing vehicle pick-up and delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and customer-focused, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you will do- Provide efficient, professional, and courteous service to all customers at all times.
- Maintain a hands‑on, direct, and customer‑focused approach.
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate and ensure accurate and timely vehicle pick‑up and delivery according to dealer requirements.
- Catalog vehicles accurately and assist with coordinating sale‑day drivers.
- Communicate operational issues or concerns that may impact efficiency or service to management in a timely manner.
- Work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Adapt to changing priorities and operational needs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service experience and data entry skills required; experience in a fast‑paced environment preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with internet‑based systems and Microsoft Office.
- Self‑motivated, dependable, and detail oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be able to operate a manual (stick shift) transmission.
- Work is performed in both office and outdoor settings.
- Regular exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Ability to walk long distances and sit for extended periods of time.
