Part Time Patient Customer Service Representative

Essential Responsibilities

• Utilize technology to support patient registration.
• Route written communications as appropriate.
• Communicate with others in person, by telephone, and/or email utilizing various communication technologies.
• Receive patients and visitors and handle general inquiries.
• Determine work priorities on assigned shifts.
• Assist associates with new procedures and duties to be performed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Patient Access Manager or Team Lead.

• High School diploma or equivalent (experience will be considered).
• No experience required.

• Standing and walking throughout the work environment.
• Sitting and extended computer usage.
• Work is well-lit, on-site, and climate controlled.
• No significant noise level.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.12 - $23.21 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
