Title Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to support high-volume automotive title processing for vehicles sold online. This role handles approximately 2,500 titles per day and requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Matching titles with bills of sale
• Sorting documents alphabetically by dealer name
• Organizing and alphabetizing title packets
• Receive titles into the computer system
• Stamp and assign titles
• Prepare and ship completed title packets

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Strong alphabetizing and organizational abilities
• Fast learner with strong attention to detail
• Quick and accurate typing skills
• Auto title experience helpful but not required
• Dedicated, hard-working, and open to feedback
• Positive attitude; able to work both independently and within a close-knit team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carmel, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
