Client Service Coordinator
Location:
Carmel, IN (In-office).
Experience:
N/A – We are looking for the right candidate with drive, energy, and tenacity to join our team. We are open to career changers, entry-level individuals, etc. Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000 + 4% Annual Bonus & Discretionary Firm Bonuses.
- Handle client paperwork, forms, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage follow-ups, task tracking, and internal coordination to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Support Senior Client Associates with day-to-day operational and administrative work
- Assist with meeting preparation, document organization, and post-meeting follow-up
- Maintain clean, accurate client records in firm systems
- Communicate professionally with internal team members and, over time, with clients as appropriate
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively ask questions to learn and improve
- Senior CAs and Advisors trust you to execute reliably
- Tasks are completed quickly, accurately, and without reminders
- You consistently look for ways to help the team beyond your immediate assignments
- You demonstrate growth, curiosity, and coachability
- Team-first mindset with a strong sense of accountability
- High energy, urgency, and work ethic
- Self-starter who asks questions and seeks feedback
- Service-oriented and detail-focused
- Comfortable starting in an in-office, highly accountable environment
No Prior Financial Services Experience Required.
