The stated pay range is based on a national average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills, and location. This position is bonus‑eligible.
Sr. Investment Operations Analyst Responsibilities- Ensuring SOX key controls are adhered to, and designing and implementing new internal controls as needed.
- Working with internal and external auditors regarding investment operation internal controls and substantive testing work.
- Interfacing with portfolio managers, traders, custodians, and broker dealers in support of investment decisions.
- Conducting detailed analytical and evaluative review of investment data.
- Processing fixed‑income and option trades.
- Processing mortgage loan set‑up and payment.
- Reviewing and processing collateral.
- Knowledge of financial and investment principles and practices.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to excel with new, complex, and evolving tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Oracle BI.
- Familiarity with investment systems such as Bloomberg and WSO Markit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Five years of related work experience.
- Understanding of and prior experience with SOX internal controls.

This role is affiliated with the Carmel Corporate Office. Candidates must reside within a 60‑mile radius of that office and will be required to work on site. Occasional travel to other corporate offices is possible, but the position cannot be performed from outside the United States.
CompensationPay Range: $81,000.00 - $ Annual
