Responsible for accurate and efficient compiling and processing of mortgages, commercial loans, lines of credit and contract safekeeping agreements for all branches.

High School Degree

One to three years’ experience working in banking, credit unions, real estate agencies, or mortgage companies preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer experience.

• Serve as notary.
• Compile and Prepare loan documents for mortgage, commercial and construction loans.
• Responsible for appraisal, title insurance and escrow accounting and disbursement.
• Process and mail 1098’s to customers.
• Type partial mortgage releases.
• Hand-post mortgage payments and provide printout of loan status.
• Provide administrative support for loan officers.
• Secondary market loan preparation.
• Provide quotes and process payoffs.
• Input HMDA information obtained from loan officers.
• Pay Flood Bill, Lereta and HELP Program invoices.
