This position requires onsite attendance 5 days per week at our office located in Carmel, Indiana
.
- Assists in the feasibility process by preparing models to support the Land and Finance teams
- Assists in the preparation of quarterly forecasts and annual plan
- Consolidates budget submissions from various departments and performs budget analysis
- Reviews overhead performance and develops benchmarks to monitor performance
- Prepares reports and analysis to management including variance reports and operational metrics
- Prepares monthly journal entries
- Maintains general ledger accounts and prepares monthly reconciliations
- Coordinates work efforts with National Shared Services
- Prepares and maintains supporting documentation for the Division’s SOX binders
- Prepares initial income and balance sheet variance analysis for review by the division finance leaders

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent in related field)
- Certified Public Accounting license (active or inactive) preferred
- Minimum 3 years public and/or corporate accounting experience
- Good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of GAAP and financial reports
- Good verbal and written communication skills
