Senior Accountant
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant for our growing global client finance team. This role is on‑site in Carmel, Indiana.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Corporate Controller and finance team to prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management decision‑making
- Perform and oversee key accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, account reconciliations, and internal controls
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and business planning initiatives
- Support the preparation of management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc financial analyses
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 3+ years of advanced accounting and financial analysis experience within a publicly traded company
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences or similar regulated industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis
- Prior experience with Quick Books and/or other ERP accounting systems preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license strongly preferred
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.

The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position.
