Responsibilities Work with Sales, Finance & HR to update annual compensation plan components and build annual quotas

Lead the annual review, update and distribution of compensation plan documents Complete commission related month-end close activities, including preparation of accrual journal entries Prepare, maintain, and administer monthly and quarterly reports, calculations, and commission statements to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing

Serve as the primary point of contact for commission related questions from Sales Proactively identify and advise on process and efficiency improvements

Collaborate with business leadership, Sales, Finance/Controllership, and Human Resources Support broader Commercial Finance activities as needed

Requirements:2+ years of financial analyst experience with an operating company, of which 1-2 should be in commercial finance or variable compensation

Prior experience with a publicly traded company preferred

Experience presenting to executive management teams

Experience in fast-change environments

Skills:

Strong analytical skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to work across all functions

Computer proficiency:

MS Office knowledge & advanced Excel skills required

Salesforce knowledge required

NetSuite knowledge helpful

Database knowledge helpful
