We are seeking a Major Dealer Account Specialist with experience in customer service and account management to serve and elevate relationships with our major dealer accounts. The role involves streamlining business processes, collaborating with team members, and analyzing trends and metrics to mitigate risk.
You Are- Detail‑oriented: ensuring accuracy and compliance of floor planning through meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptable: adjusting to changing circumstances, customer issues, and dynamic environments.
- Organized: maintaining a systematic approach, prioritizing tasks, and keeping records for efficiency and productivity.
- Make funding determinations based on daily dealer account usage across multiple data points.
- Communicate current account status to dealers and provide resolutions to issues encountered.
- Approve or deny floorings based on an account’s business model or when risk is identified.
- Analyze account trends.
- Effectively promote other OPENLANE businesses’ products and services to customers.
- Understand and operate within compliance of all applicable laws and codes for the assigned geographic area.
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in a collections role or environment.
- Familiarity with concepts, procedures, and processes typical in the automotive and financial services industries.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Strong organizational, clerical, oral, and written language skills.
- Experience handling vehicle titles.
- Account management experience in the automotive industry.
