Medical Aesthetician-Cosmetic Dermatology - Carmel

Overview

We are looking for a Cosmetic Aesthetician to provide high‑quality dermatology services at our practice. The role focuses primarily on patient care with a structured schedule and a high level of customer interaction.

• Perform cosmetic dermatology services including facials, laser treatments, and microneedling.
• Educate patients on skincare products, treatments, and enhance facial skin rejuvenation.
• Support skincare education across clinics as needed.
• See approximately 7–8 patients per day in 1‑hour appointments.
• Maintain a steady, structured schedule with consistent patient flow.

• Cosmetic Dermatology‑focused practice.
• Schedule:
  
  Wednesday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (24 hours per week).
• No weekend or holiday requirements.
• Location:
  
  11590 N Meridian St, Suite 450, Carmel, IN 46032.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active American Aesthetician License (Indiana Cosmetology Board).
• 5+ years experience in aesthetic services (preferred), 2–3 years experience as a cosmetologist (required).
• Strong background in cosmetic dermatology preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Proven ability to sell products.
• High level of physical stamina.

• 24 hours per week with benefits eligibility.
• Structured schedule; no weekends or holidays.
