Majestic Care ABA is new to the area and looking to grow our team! We are looking for dynamic Registered Behavioral Technicians to join our team!
Qualifications- Currentlyworkingtowardsa Bachelor’sdegreein
Psychology,Special Educationorrelatedfield preferred but not necessary. - Experienceworkingdirectlywithchildrenwithinabehavioralformatpreferredbutnotnecessary.
- Completion of 40-hour RBT training course.
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate encouraged. (We will train if any individual if not currently registered)
- Valid driver’slicenseandsafedrivingrecord.
- 18yearsofageorolder.
- Excellent interpersonal,organizational,andcommunicationskills
- Basiccomputerskillsdesiredwithwillingnesstoadvanceskilllevel.
- Acceptassignmentoflocationorclientasrequired.
- Abilitytolift
50pounds.
- Treatclientswithrespectanddignity
- Appropriatelyengageclientduringthesession
- Actasarolemodel forclientsandcaregivers
- Be consistent,reliable,andprovideservicesonagreedscheduleddays.
Incaseofcancellation,attemptto makeupthesessionandnotify
BCBAofany discrepancies. - Maintainprofessionalandeffectivecommunicationwithfamily/caregivers.
- Atminimumwillbesupervisedbya
BCBAweeklyorinaccordanceto theclient’streatmentplanandmustbereadytoprovidefeedbacktotheBCBAonprogress - Willmeetwithsupervisorweeklyorinaccordancewith theclient’streatmentplan todiscussprogress,program development,andanalyzingofdataofchild.
- Notesshouldbetakendailyin Rethinkduringthelast
15minutesofthe session. - Session notes require parent signatures for in-home therapy sessions.
- Data collection and notes should be taken on devices given by Majestic Care ABA, and not personal devices.
- Keepaweeklyreinforcementchecklistandlet BCBA know if anything additional is needed.
- Maintaincleanandorganizedtoysandmaterials.
- Notresponsibleforotherchildreninthehousehold
- Chartingandcollecting
ABA andskilldataontheimprovementorlackthereofintheabilitiesofthechild. - Implement
ABAteachingtechniquesduringsession,suchas,differential reinforcement,shaping,chaining,task analysis,and prompting,fading,andproactivestrategies. - Followprogrammingobjectivesandfollowstreatmentplan(BIPwhenapplicable)
