Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Carmel, IN, for a Night Auditor at Hyatt Place Indianapolis Carmel. The Night Auditor will be responsible for performing night‑time front desk operations, which include processing guest check‑ins and check‑outs, managing room reservations, and completing financial audits. This role ensures smooth operations during overnight hours while delivering exceptional customer service standards to all hotel guests.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including greeting guests professionally and managing front desk operations
- Experience with making and managing Reservations for guests
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address guest inquiries and concerns effectively
- Competence in Cash Handling, such as managing transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving abilities, and the capability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Familiarity with hotel management software and prior experience in hospitality is a plus
