Housekeeper – full time and part time – Drury Plaza Hotel

Starting pay: $17.50 per hour.

We are hiring immediately for full time and part time housekeepers.

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and coworkers.
• Perform various hotel housekeeping services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify needed maintenance items.
• Provide guests with bedding, towels, amenities, or information as requested.
• Assist with laundry or public area cleaning when needed.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, questions, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for all team members and guests.

• High school education or equivalent (completion of 2 years of secondary school).
• No prior cleaning experience required; useful but not necessary.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Positive and problem‑solving attitude.
• Dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
• Physical ability to walk, stand for the entire shift; lift 25–35 lbs intermittently; push vacuum, reach, stretch, squat.
• Availability to work weekends; weekend availability may be required.

Drury Hotels are open 7 days a week; the busiest days are weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Availability to work weekends may be required.
