Hotel Carmichael, Autograph Collection, Carmel, IN, is hiring a Line Cook to support breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in a luxury hotel kitchen. You will prepare foods at an assigned station, set up and breakdown the station, and assist with banquet preparations.
The role requires ability to read and follow recipes, maintain high standards of food quality, and work nights or overtime as needed. Two years of culinary experience preferred, fine dining or luxury hotel experience is desirable.
