Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Talent Manager, Employee Relations, HR Manager
- Conduct fair and timely employee relations investigations and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage and optimize HR workflows (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, compensation actions).
- Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
What we are looking for…
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 8–10 years in People Operations, HR Generalist, HR Compliance, or Employee Relations.
- Strong investigative skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office; workflow tools experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Appropriate level will be determined based on experience and knowledge.
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
