Recruitment Coordinator
The Recruitment Coordinator identifies, recruits, trains, and retains new members of Lambda Chi Alpha to help grow the Fraternity. This role is integral to the success of our organization by understanding its value proposition and communicating those to stakeholders.
Duties And Responsibilities- Lead on-the-ground recruitment efforts for new and re-establishing Chapters, including event execution, outreach strategy, and day-to-day project management
- Own Lambda Chi Alpha's recruitment cycle, which encompasses identifying potential new members, interviewing candidates, closing membership acceptance, and executing all chapter training through the Associate Member Ceremony.
- Articulate Lambda Chi Alpha's vision, mission, and values as a solution to an expressed need of potential new members
- Onboard new Associate Members to the Fraternity, educating them on their role in the organization and facilitating recruitment workshops to train undergraduate Members on the recruitment cycle
- Manage stakeholders for the new Associate Chapters, including Chapter Advisors, campus-based partners, and the Office of Administration (OOA) team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify needs of new Chapters and create tools to help Chapters with their growth efforts
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Achievement of project-specific recruitment goals based on campus size, market conditions, and project type
- Conversion rates across recruitment stages (lead → meeting → bid → initiation)
- Tracking and management of all activity through Salesforce expansion stages
- Experience in sales or recruitment and leadership preferred
- Knowledge of fraternity/sorority life and Chapter operations
- Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and Salesforce preferred
- Lambda Chi Alpha membership preferred but not required
- This position requires extensive travel, including extended multi-week assignments on college campuses (Approximately 16 weeks per year)
- The employee must occasionally lift and /or move more than 10 pounds
