CRM Technical Analyst

We are seeking a Dynamics CRM Technical Analyst to support customer experience initiatives by analyzing and partnering with business area leaders and subject matter experts to debuild solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Customer Engagement system
.

• Gather and document business requirements; translate needs into functional specifications
• Configure, test, and validate D365 modules and support custom development
• Provide user support, training, and documentation (manuals, test scripts, reference guides)
• Conduct gap analysis, needs assessments, and option comparisons to validate requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders for continuous improvement and system adoption
• Track and deliver project milestones, contribute to performance and process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field, or 4–6 years relevant experience
• 2–4 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
• Experience with software development lifecycle, solution configuration, testing, and validation
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills

  Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
• Microsoft Certified:
  Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified:
  Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
