Job Description # Sr. Google Analytics Analyst
* 5–8+ years in digital/web analytics with deep expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and session replay tools (e.g., Microsoft Clarity) in multi-site, multi-platform environments.
* Proven experience building measurement frameworks, event taxonomies, and governance programs with strong data quality and validation practices.
* Demonstrated ability to design end-to-end analytics architectures, including data capture, transformation, and reporting/visualization workflows.
* Strong stakeholder management and consultative leadership skills—able to translate business goals into measurement plans and drive consensus across teams.
* Excellent documentation, training, and communication skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and proposing pragmatic, scalable solutions.
