The Learning Technology Solutions Engineer designs, implements, and maintains architecture, integrations, and processes for learning technology rdination and communication through partnership with internal resource teams and stakeholders are key responsibilities for success. The role owns the efficiency and accuracy of learning and development solutions that meet business and compliance needs. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States. Associates may be asked to travel to corporate offices periodically.

• Design, implement, and manage sustainable solutions across diverse applications, mainly the Learning Management System and interrelated business systems.
• Incorporate security, architecture, and user experience principles and best practices with designs and solutions following a continuous improvement cycle.
• Document architecture, processes, data definitions, and workflows to support shared understanding and long‑term scalability.
• Strengthen data quality, governance, security, and platform reliability through thoughtful and sustainable engineering practices.
• Collaborate within a Kanban team supporting non‑technical teams and initiatives that prioritize the consumer sales division.
• Investigate and solve level 3 escalations of system challenges while offering technical mentorship through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of related technical experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience designing and maintaining Python scripts and services to automate internal workflows and support integrations involving learning, data visualization, and operational systems.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify and implement workflow improvements that minimize manual, repetitive activities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills that focus on sustainability and practical solutions.

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• 10 + years of experience with increasing responsibility.
• Certifications:
  
  Scrum Alliance or SAFe, Cornerstone Developer, Seismic.

Pay Range: $89,100 – $133,700 Annual.
