We are seeking a dedicated IT Service Management Analyst to support a key transition from Cherwell to Service Now, ensure regulatory audit readiness, and drive process improvements. This mid-level role offers the chance to make a tangible impact within a dynamic team, working closely with stakeholders to streamline ITSM functions, leverage innovative automation tools, and uphold industry standards
Required Skills- Strong experience with Service Now platform implementation and management
- Proven ability to assess and script in Cherwell (BASH, Power Shell, Python)
- Familiarity with ITSM processes such as change, incident, problem, and asset management
- Ability to gather compliance evidence and support audit preparation
- Competence in creating dashboards and utilizing AI for automation
- Tripwire experience is highly desirable
- Experience with leveraging AI, automation, and Copilot within Service Now
- Knowledge of IT asset databases, CMDB, HAM, and SAM
