Join MISO as a Senior Service Now Developer and help shape the future of our service management platform. You will play a key role in leading technical development efforts within the platform team.
Responsibilities- Design and build Service Now applications to support ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and new platform capabilities
- Collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment with architects, product owners, engineers, and business partners
- Write, test, debug, document, and support Service Now features using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
- Create and maintain integrations between Service Now and third‑party systems using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and other integration tools
- Automate workflows and processes to increase efficiency and simplify operations
- Ensure data integrity and security within Service Now by applying validation, access controls, best practices, and architectural standards
