Your RoleAs the Sales Director for Accenture Billing & Payments, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and market strategy for our innovative software products, SaaS, and cloud hosting solutions. Your Responsibilities Include- Owning the sales plan and successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets in your designated territory.
- Developing and executing a powerful Go-to-Market strategy while ensuring alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
- Driving effective sales campaigns and leveraging your in-depth knowledge of software solutions to advance opportunities and boost revenue.
- Building relationships with C-level executives and IT leaders, showcasing how our software can unlock value and drive transformation.
- Collaborating with teams across Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Engineering to ensure our solutions meet client needs and feedback loops are active.
- Staying informed about market trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to maintain a dominant position.
Travel is a component of this role, with requirements potentially ranging from 25% to 50% based on business needs.
Qualifications- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant product domain or industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in software sales, with a proven record of exceeding sales metrics.
- A background in tech modernization for Fortune 2000 or large enterprises is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); an Associate's degree requires at least 6 years of experience.
- Proven ability to establish relationships with C-suite executives.
- Experience in designing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, high-value sales.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced negotiation skills to navigate operational and financial complexities.
- A self-motivated, resilient, and optimistic demeanor.
- Bilingual skills in Italian/English.
- Experience in team leadership.
- Client-facing consulting experience.
- Industry experience in Utilities and/or Telecommunications.
Compensation will vary based on numerous factors, including location and experience. You can expect a competitive salary alongside a comprehensive benefits package, covering medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
