Senior Analyst

We’re looking for analytics enthusiasts to join our Integrated Intelligence (I2) team, formerly known as Analytics. In this hybrid role based in our US offices or remote, you’ll uncover data-driven insights to guide client communications and marketing strategies.

The role involves analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics across web, search, media and social channels. Depending on level, activities may include project management, qualitative and quantitative social media data analysis, and creation of comprehensive reports on social media conversations related to healthcare stakeholders, disease, or treatment spaces.

• Aggregate, clean and organize data across digital and social analytics platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Brandwatch, Google Analytics)
• Collaborate with the project team to synthesize research into a strategic narrative guiding client strategies
• Manage daily social and online media monitoring and activation
• Assist with monthly and quarterly listening, measurement and trend reports
• Conduct influencer assessments for client/influencer engagement programs
• Build keyword-based queries to collect data
• Partner with data visualization and data science teams to develop advanced visualizations and explore proprietary tools
• Support onboarding, training and community outreach for new employees

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 1–3 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing, strategic planning, digital/social strategy, digital/social analytics, social listening, or primary/syndicated research
• General understanding of the digital and social media landscape and passion for social media analysis
• Familiarity with basic keyword development and/or Boolean query building
• Experience using digital and social media monitoring tools such as Meltwater, Trend Kite, Brandwatch, Google Analytics, Radian6
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

$60,000 – $80,000, determined by job-related factors and geography.
