What's the Job?
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
- Develop DAX measures and use Power Query and SQL to transform and validate data.
- Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and define reporting metrics.
- Reconcile data across ERP, CRM, manufacturing, finance, and operational systems.
- Troubleshoot report performance, refresh, access, and data-quality issues.
- Support Power BI security, documentation, governance, and user adoption.
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience.
- Strong Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and data-modeling skills.
- Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business users.
- Ability to validate data and explain discrepancies clearly.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
