Agility Partners is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our client in the energy industry. The Data Analyst will be instrumental in enhancing Generation Interconnection data processes by utilizing Power BI, SQL, and Python to create reports, dashboards, and forecasts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about developing automation solutions, enhancing data quality, and contributing to enterprise data tool development.

• Develop, manage, and report on Generation Interconnection data through dashboards and analytics.
• Write SQL queries and build Power BI dashboards to support data analysis and forecasting.
• Perform data transformation, verification, governance, and quality control across multiple sources.
• Support automation and integration of data within Dynamics CRM and related platforms.

• Hybrid work schedule with primary location in Carmel, IN.
• Exposure to predictive analytics, automation, and cutting-edge data platforms.

• 3–4 years of professional experience in data analytics or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and SQL;
  Python experience preferred.
• Comfortable writing SQL code for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience with data interpretation, statistics, and reporting methods.
• Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and connecting dashboards to CRM platforms is a plus.
• Background in predictive analytics, automation, or the energy industry is a huge plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality.
