This is a full-time, on-site Paralegal position located in Carmel, IN. The Paralegal will provide support to attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing documents, and assisting with case management. Daily responsibilities include drafting legal documents, maintaining files, and communicating with clients. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Legal knowledge, including understanding of Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Communication skills for client interactions and correspondence
• Proficiency in Research and analytical skills to support case preparation
• Experience with Document Review and file management
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or Paralegal certification
• Prior experience as a paralegal in family law or personal injury law is a plus
