We are seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney for our growing defense practice. Our firm is a highly respected litigation practice with multiple locations throughout five states.
This is an exceptional opportunity for attorneys to be part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment where they will be able to take ownership of their cases and further develop their litigation skills. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in workers' compensation defense and a proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution or hearing.

- Prior experience handling workers' compensation matters from beginning to end.
- Managing complex caseloads and moving cases efficiently toward resolution, hearing, settlement, or appeal.
- Conducting investigations, evaluating claims, and taking depositions.
- Representing clients confidently in hearings or demonstrating a strong desire to litigate.
- Pre- and post-litigation negotiation.
- Embracing and developing strong client and claims professional relationships.
- Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients.
- Meeting court deadlines and proactively managing cases.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Accurately and contemporaneously reporting time.
- Portable business is a plus
