The Supply Chain Business Partner drives operational efficiency by analyzing supply chain performance, optimizing inventory levels, and improving vendor and procurement processes. This role also develops and manages production schedules to align resources with business needs, ensuring on-time delivery and productivity.
The Supply Chain Business Partner collaborates cross-functionally to enhance processes, reporting, and overall operational performance. This is a high-potential growth opportunity that will allow for growth in training and responsibilities in supply chain, scheduling, materials, domestic logistics, and 3rd party WH operations.
This position also supports our Net Suite ERP system integrity, contributes to process improvements, and ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Supply ChainKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor supply chain performance
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain
- Collaborate with procurement and vendors to improve lead times and service levels
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or excess
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and process improvements
- Support ERP system updates, data integrity, and reporting enhancements
- Partner with finance on budgeting, cost analysis, and variance reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and long-term schedules
- Coordinate scheduling of staff, equipment, or production activities based on business needs
- Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and supply chain leadership on a daily /weekly basis.
- Monitor schedule adherence and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines
- Communicate schedule changes to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify scheduling conflicts, gaps, or inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Track and report on key scheduling metrics (productivity, utilization, delays)
- Collaborate with operations on workload needs
- Maintain accurate scheduling records in systems or spreadsheets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and contractual obligations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) preferred
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
