Operations and Supply Chain Internship roles provide the opportunity to work out of locations including Carmel, IN;
Richmond, IN;
Tucson, AZ.

• Conduct internal evaluation of supply chain processes and procedures and work to identify areas or methods for continued improvement
• Communicate with existing or potential vendors to identify areas of opportunity
• Review and complete manufacturing processes and assist in development of standardized processes or improved systems
• Identify supply chain and strategic sourcing disruptions and areas of opportunity, calculate financial impact and propose improvement action plan

• Current enrollment with pursuit of bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study
• Related project or work experience in project management, supply chain, cross-functional collaboration with exposure to data analytics, Lean Methodologies, Six Sigma, and/or structured problem solving
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration abilities
• High learning agility and intellectual curiosity along with initiative, accountability, and a bias for action
• Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments, authorization to work in the country of employment

Applicants can expect a compensation range of $27-37/hour. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting.
