• Valid driver’s license, insured personal vehicle, and clean driving record.
• Must be willing and able to drive to the north side (Nora/Carmel/Zionsville)
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physically able to bend, squat, stand, and kneel for extended periods.

• Training through day 30: $17.00/hour + $25.00 gas stipend each Friday for 30 day
• 30 days: $18.00/hour + Empowered Pay Eligibility (assuming adequate performance metrics are met)
• You can easily earn over $1,000 each week with Empowered Pay
• Increase every six months: $1.00/hour + Empowered Pay (assuming adequate performance metrics are met)
