Provide leadership for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and termination decisions and manage staffing and scheduling;
Lead the store’s in-store and pet-parent experience to deliver exceptional service and safety for associates and pets;
Manage store profitability by analyzing reports, controlling labor and expenses, and achieving P&L targets;
Oversee operations including adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards; partner with local adoption groups for community events;
Develop and mentor associates, conduct reviews, recognize performance, and manage succession planning
