As Manager of Reliability Coordination at MISO, you’ll be at the heart of real-time operations - where every moment counts. You’ll lead a control room team that responds swiftly and confidently to keep the grid safe and secure. This is where your leadership truly makes a difference.

You’ll collaborate with MISO’s research and development teams and our customers, influencing policy and driving process improvements as data centers, solar, and battery energy resources expand across our region. Your vision will help shape the energy landscape for years to come.

Within your first year, you’ll have earned the trust of your team, peers, and customers—and made a measurable impact on our operations.

We value Integrity, Commitment, Collaboration, Creativity, and Adaptability. If you bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or 12 years of equivalent technical experience)
• 8+ years of relevant technical experience
• ISO/RTO or energy industry expertise in transmission operations, relay system protection, or substation design/maintenance
• People management experience (preferred)

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $ - $ USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.

Position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met. At MISO we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k, vacation, sick and safe time, available on your first day of employment.
