In-house and factory training are provided, with strong upward growth potential. The role requires readiness to travel, operate equipment, and adhere to safety standards.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, learns quickly, and can work with hand and power tools. Forklift certs and reliability are a plus.
