Schedule/Hours:

• Travel position (schedule provided at assignment)

Qualifications:

• Active Indiana RN or multi-state compact license (must be submitted with resume)
• Current ACLS & BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of recent LTAC/Telemetry experience in a hospital setting
• Skilled in vent/trach management
• Two to five years total RN experience
• Demonstrated leadership and critical thinking skills
• EMR proficiency
• Ability to delegate and supervise effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high quality, evidence-based nursing care per the Nursing Process and state Nurse Practice Act
• Interpret telemetry and respond to urgent clinical needs
• Supervise and direct supporting nursing staff
• Prioritize patient care based on acuity and available resources
