Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment (full-time/varied shifts)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Two to five years of recent experience as an RN in Telemetry and Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)
• Current Indiana RN license or multi-state compact RN license (must be attached to resume)
• ACLS & BLS certifications from the American Heart Association (must be attached upon submission)
• Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience required
• Previous hospital setting experience required

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled Telemetry and LTAC nursing care by utilizing the Nursing Process within state Nurse Practice Act guidelines and hospital policy
• Demonstrate advanced critical thinking, scientific judgement, and leadership on shift
• Maintain clinical competency through continuing education and best-practice implementation
• Prioritize, delegate, and supervise patient care according to staff experience and education
• Guide and support assigned personnel to ensure safe delivery of care
