In This Role You Will:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care that supports residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to monitor residents' health status and identify changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately while monitoring residents' responses.
• Communicate changes in condition to physicians, nursing leadership, and families to ensure coordinated care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Help coordinate the overall delivery of care and services within the nursing department, supporting CNAs, QMAs, and other team members.
• Conduct routine rounds, checking in on residents and providing reassurance, clinical support, and compassionate care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record system.
• Provide health education and support to residents and their families, helping them understand care plans and available resources.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for team members, promoting teamwork and high standards of care.

Shift Details:

• Day Shift: 7a-7:30p
• Night Shift: 7p-7:30a
• Full-Time: 24-37hrs weekly!
• Part-Time: 12-25hrs weekly!

Who You Are:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and maintain an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state.
• You bring strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills and are confident responding to changes in resident conditions.
• You maintain CPR certification and other required clinical certifications.
• You have knowledge of nursing practices that support aging adults and a passion for providing compassionate care.
• You communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• You are dependable, organized, and able to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced care environment.
• You are comfortable using electronic medical record systems such as Point Click Care , or are eager to learn.
• Preferred:
  Experience in senior living or long-term care and a desire to grow within a collaborative care team.
