Brookdale is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead and manage the clinical team, ensuring high‑quality care for residents while fostering collaboration with families, physicians, and community partners.
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day clinical services, ensuring residents’ health needs are met with respect and dignity.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to licensed nurses and direct care staff.
- Coordinate with community leadership, physicians, and other healthcare providers for personalized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, medication management, and assessment requirements.
- Participate in strategic planning for staffing, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
- State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and ability to obtain any additional required licenses.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience; clinical leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.

Base pay will be commensurate with skills and experience. Full‑time employees are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses. Temporary employees are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
