Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Med Pro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical‑Surgical (Med‑Surg) specialty for a 13‑week assignment in Carmel, Indiana, starting 07/14/2026. The role requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts, travel nursing employment.

• Provide full‑scope nursing care for adult patients before and after surgical procedures.
• Administer medications, monitor changes in patient status, and perform necessary treatments.
• Document all medication and treatment administration accurately for continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Follow assignments made by physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care Med‑Surg setting.
• Additional requirements as determined by the client facility.
