We are seeking an individual with a minimum of one year of RN experience for this role.
We are seeking a dedicated RN to join our Podiatry clinic located at 1801 N. Senate Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46202. This is a full-time, onsite position. The RN will lead clinic operations and perform a variety of patient care duties, including rooming patients, taking vitals, drawing up injections, wound care, post-operative care, patient education, triaging messages, completing disability paperwork, surgery screening, care coordination, and discharge planning for post-surgical patients.
Occasional travel to other sites will be required. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized podiatry setting, providing comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN);
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. - Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program; exceptions may be considered for candidates with >2 years of relevant clinical experience, subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- May require ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
- Requires awareness of legal implications of patient care activities as a RN.
