Paradigm Health in Indiana is seeking a Full-time Hospice LPN to join our patient-focused team. The role covers patients in 1-2 counties, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, delivering skilled and palliative nursing in the home and following the plan of treatment.
You will evaluate clinical data, communicate needs promptly, manage pain, educate patients and families on pain control, and apply medication knowledge to improve comfort.
