Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM with call 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM; call response time 30 minutes; site notes one weekday call per week and additional late room coverage as scheduled
Setting: Independent CRNA practice model (as noted)
Travel and Lodging: Travel and lodging support may be available
EMR: Epic
Position Overview
- Locum tenens CRNA coverage across a high volume case mix with heavy OB noted
- Proficiency with spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
- Case logs required (proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks)
- General surgery
- Orthopedics with spine heavy case mix noted
- Urology
- Ophthalmology
- OB and GYN
- ENT
- Podiatry
- Dental and pediatric dental (limited, as noted)
- Active Indiana license
- Required certifications as specified by the site
- Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
- Vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions may be accepted (as noted)
- Credentialing timeframe noted as 60 to 90 days
- Malpractice insurance coverage
