Leasing Consultant

We’re seeking a professional, solution-oriented Leasing Consultant to serve as a rental property specialist for Keystone and the property management team. In this role, you’ll guide prospective and current residents through property tours, lease terms, applications, negotiations, renewals, and move-ins while ensuring compliance and a top-tier resident experience. This will be a floater position between our properties Sophia Square and The Olivia.

• Manage leases for prospective and existing residents
• Coordinate property tours, follow-ups, and CRM/database updates
• Process rental applications and execute lease agreements
• Prepare lease documentation and coordinate move-ins
• Respond to leads, conduct property inspections, and support resident inquiries
• Plan and implement marketing strategies to drive property traffic
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rental regulations

• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ year experience as a Leasing Consultant in property management or real estate
