• Lead the team with daily tasks, position work, and communicating expectations
• Ensure adherence to Freddy's standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness
• Manage cash accountability and have computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Lead shifts, prepare food and frozen custard items with pride and urgency
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and perform side duties
• Engage with guests, seek feedback, and offer great hospitality
• Follow all health code requirements for food safety and personal hygiene
• Complete Freddy's training materials and specifications
• Perform other related duties as assigned by upper management

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or similar level of education preferred
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Leadership and management skills
• Cash accountability and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Ability to lead by example and provide excellent guest service
• Knowledgeable of and follows all health code requirements
• Servsafe certification preferred
