As our Sous Chef
, you’ll be the right hand to the Head Chef — keeping the kitchen running at its best:

• Lead with excellence in everyday food production for the Wine Garden
• Step in as MOD when the Head Chef is away
• Keep our kitchen clean, organized, and up to our high standards
• Help manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food costs
• Work closely with Front of House so every guest enjoys food they understand and love
• Share your ideas to elevate our operations and guest experiences
• Engage with Paylocity for HR tasks — and so much more!

• A team player with a positive attitude
• 5+ years culinary experience preferred
• Flexible availability: nights, weekends, and holidays

• You’ll be on your feet prepping, cooking, lifting (up to ~50 lbs occasionally), reaching, plating, and moving with your team — always with care and focus.
