As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll support the daily operations of your assigned store—from merchandising to customer service—and be cross‑trained to support the cash register and front‑end duties as needed.

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness (bathrooms, floors, trash).
• Ensuring a positive, safe, respectful environment while interacting with customers and team members.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and safeguarding company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug‑store environments preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Physical capability to lift 30‑50 lbs from floor to shoulder height and perform repetitive lifting, walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, and pulling.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency with basic math for cash accounting.
