Children's Boutique - Sales Associate (Carmel)
Compensation: Hourly $18-22/hr + commission
Employment type: Employee's choice
Job title: Part + Full Time Sales Team Member
We are looking for a friendly, mature, self‑motivated, positive Sales person to join our team! Position involves selling adorable kids clothing, shoes & accessories to locals and visitors alike in the picturesque town of Carmel‑by‑the Sea. Restocking, merchandising & problem solving is part of our everyday. Must be able to multi‑task, pay attention to detail and be a forward thinker. Exceptional Customer Service & Driving Sales a MUST!
Responsibilities- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to deliver outstanding service
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Maintain product stock levels and ensure merchandise displays are appealing
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Drive sales by recommending additional items or services based on customer needs
Weekends + Holidays a must!
