Position SummaryThe Automotive Retail Salesperson plays a sales‑focused role in providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. The role involves storytelling of the visit, persuading customers to engage with automotive services, building strong relationships, promoting products and services, and coordinating service appointments with technicians. The salesperson also handles transactions with precision to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Pay Range
: $15.20 – $22.71
- Operate as a motivated sales individual.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaint resolution to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver’s license and ability to drive company/customer vehicles.
